Abstract

Judges make the law. The decision of judge will be meaning as a truly law. The act is not thelast rule that we know as a law in common sense. The law that we know is the rule whichcreated jutice. Judicial activism is about justice decision. It could be great for justiceenforcement or would be dangerous for justice seekers. The both option are happen inconstitutional court decision of The Republic of Indonesia.
